Warranty Policy
This warranty applies only to the original owner of LANKELEISI. This warranty is limited to the replacement of defective parts at LANKELEISI's sole discretion. This warranty does not cover any damage or defect caused by failure to follow the instructions in the owner's manual, acts of God, accident, misuse, neglect, misuse, commercial use, alteration, modification, improper assembly, wear and tear, installation or damage of parts. Accessories that are not original or compatible with the bicycle sold, operating errors, water damage, extreme riding, stunt riding or improper after-sales service. Complete replacement wheels will only be sent out in extreme cases, in which case the original wheels must be sent to the LANKELEISI factory for inspection/repair before new wheels are sent. A new bike is not always sent if it can be repaired. The bike warranty is 2 years and the battery warranty is 1 year. This warranty does not apply to accessories, consumables or normal wear and tear parts. LANKELEISI is not responsible for any damage, malfunction or loss caused by unauthorized service or use of unauthorized parts. Any shipping damage must be reported to LANKELEISI at info@lankeleisi.bike within 5 days of shipment arrival. IN NO EVENT SHALL LANKELEISI BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR ECONOMIC LOSS, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE OR PRODUCT LIABILITY RELATING TO ITS PRODUCTS. For situations where the warranty policy may not apply, LANKELEISI may charge a minimum service fee, replacement parts fee. All substitutions are limited to 1 per item. All warranty shipping must be prepaid by customer and insured. LANKELEISI is not responsible for lost incoming packages. This warranty is void where prohibited. Warranty
Every e-bike purchased from www.lankeleisi.bike and authorized sales channels is covered by our original owner’s limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials or workmanship, including individual components as follows:
A) 2 year limited warranty
LANKELEISI bicycle components, including motors, are manufacturer warranted for 2 years against defects in material and/or workmanship on the controller and frame or a one-time replacement (from the original date of purchase), whichever comes first.
B) 1 year limited warranty
Lithium-ion batteries, hydraulic brakes, forks, cycle computers, pedal assist sensors, battery chargers, rims, stems, handlebars, headsets, seat posts, bottom brackets, cranksets, rear racks and shifting systems are all targeted at the material and transmission systems are covered against manufacturing defects. /Or 1 year warranty from original date of purchase or one-time replacement (whichever comes first). The battery warranty does not cover damage caused by power surges, use of an improper charger, improper maintenance or other such misuse, normal wear and tear, or water damage.
C) No warranty
Please note that gear and accessories are not covered by this warranty but are covered by our returns policy.
How to apply for warranty
Please contact LANKELEISI at info@lankeleisi.bike and include a description of your problem and proof of purchase (i.e. order number, purchase date and purchase channel). LANKELEISI will review your case and contact you to guide you through the process of resolving your issue.
what should we do?
If a component is deemed defective or damaged through no user error, replacement parts will be issued. We will help you replace defective parts. We will replace any parts deemed damaged during shipping. If the product cannot be repaired after a reasonable number of attempts as determined by the LANKELEISI team, we will provide the owner with a replacement product.
What won't we do?
LANKELEISI will not replace any part without first viewing photos or videos of the damaged part. We do not offer warranty service to the second owner. We will not replace user damaged parts. We will not pay for servicing or replacement parts from a third party unless agreed upon prior to repair. We are not responsible for return shipping costs for damaged or defective products or components. LANKELEISI does not cover damage that may occur during transportation if the owner uses his own transportation service. Please see our Returns Policy for more information. We do not provide warranty service to owners who did not purchase from lankeleisi.bike or an authorized dealer.

Before making a warranty claim, we recommend that you contact our customer service team as there may be a simple solution to your problem. Applicable warranty claims will be processed through LANKELEISI within one year of the initial purchase. Warranty claims may be sent to info@lankeleisi.bike.
Shipping damage claims
Check your product immediately for damage. Complaints about shipping damage are urgent. We do not accept claims for shipping damage within 14 days of receipt of the product. Please record any damage to the product on the bill of lading before you and the driver sign for the shipment. If possible, take photos and date any damage found. Retain all packaging and documentation until the inspection process is complete. Report any damage claims to LANKELEISI customer service at info@lankeleisi.bike within 14 days of delivery.
Credit card refund
If for any reason an order is subject to a credit card chargeback of any amount and the customer still owns the product in that order, the warranty will be suspended until the chargeback is resolved.
